How long have you been with Human Resource Management (HRM) and what are your responsibilities?
I joined Human Resource Management (HRM) in February 2016 as Project Manager responsible for supporting both our Client companies and our Human Resource Management (HRM) contract sales staff working with them. A real focus is to continue to deliver outstanding service levels and this is something I aim to achieve every day. I am excited at the prospect of assisting with the continued growth of Human Resource Management (HRM) .
What’s your background prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) ?
I have over 30 years’ experience gained within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors in sales, first-line management, marketing and recruitment. I have worked successfully within in-house positions as well as within CRO’s and CSO’s. This blend of experience and the skills acquired, allows me to provide real insight and understanding to our Clients and Contractors.
What do you see as the opportunities for Human Resource Management (HRM) over the next 5 years?
As the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries continue to change, there will be an increasing need for flexible resourcing solutions and high quality people. Human Resource Management (HRM) is well positioned to provide both these elements via our highly experienced and driven team.
