How long have you been with Human Resource Management (HRM) and what are your responsibilities?

I have been with Human Resource Management (HRM) since 2000. As the Operations Manager I am responsible for overseeing the Contracts and Finance divisions, the part of Human Resource Management (HRM) that handles the logistics involved in keeping our field based Sales and Nurse Teams fully equipped and focused on achieving results for our Clients.

What's your background prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

Before joining Human Resource Management (HRM) I worked with GE Capital UK for 3 years in their Finance Operations division. Prior to this I studied at the University of Edinburgh for 4 years and achieved a MA (Hons) in Politics and Sociology.

What do you see as the opportunities for Human Resource Management (HRM) over the next 5 years?

By focussing on what we do best we can continue to provide our existing Clients with the fantastic range of CSO products and services they have come to expect from us, as well as reaching out to new Clients who aren’t currently benefiting from our expertise.
