How long have you been with Human Resource Management (HRM) and which geography do you cover?

I joined Human Resource Management (HRM) in 2012 and cover SW & SE London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Dorset.

What’s your background prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

Prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) I worked for a Pharma recruitment agency for 9 years and prior to that ‘I carried the bag’ myself as a Medical Representative for 3 years with Servier.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

I love the pharmaceutical industry and recruitment so this is a perfect match for me.

What’s the single best bit of advice you can give to a candidate?

My advice to candidates comes in terms of interview preparation – make sure you do your preparation prior to the interview and when you do meet the manager please be honest and yourself. Managers always appreciate it!
