How long have you been with Human Resource Management (HRM) and which geography do you cover?

I've been with Human Resource Management (HRM) since August 2006, covering the Yorkshire and North West territory.

What’s your background prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

Prior to joining Human Resource Management (HRM) , I was a Senior Consultant at Royce for 4 years. I have been in recruitment since 2000, having graduated in Retail Marketing in 1998 and working in Buying for 2 years.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

There are many enjoyable parts to this job; however the thing I like most about my role is telling my candidate they've got the job!

What’s the single best bit of advice you can give to a candidate?

Every candidate is different and we tailor advice accordingly, but the one thing that is consistently true is always be prepared!
