What is your role at Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

I am a Senior Support Consultant supporting the Consultants on the growing Healthcare side of our business. I liaise with clients and candidates on a daily basis via phone and e-mail.

What do you think makes Human Resource Management (HRM) a good Company to work for?

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a very well-known and successful company in their field and it is very rewarding being part of that. Many employees have worked here for a long time so there is always a continuity of relationships built between the teams and a sense of being part of a family.

What is it about your role that you enjoy the most?

Every day is different and I enjoy the relationships and trust that can be built through working with a variety of people at all levels. I feel the service we provide is a personal one and we never treat anyone as though they are a number, all the candidates get the extra service they deserve.
