What is your role at Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

My role at Human Resource Management (HRM) is a Support Consultant, I work closely with the consultants on the Pharmaceutical side of the business. I contact candidates regarding new roles as well as set up interviews and liaising with clients.

What do you think makes Human Resource Management (HRM) a good Company to work for?

The people, it really feels you are part of a team – there is always someone ready to help/teach. There is also always a lot of positive feedback, I feel much appreciated at work.

What is it about your role that you enjoy the most?

Never boring, no two days are the same. I enjoy speaking with the candidates, and supporting them through their search for a new role. There is a great sense of achievement when a candidate is placed in a role.
