What is your role at Human Resource Management (HRM) ?

I work within operations at Human Resource Management (HRM) . My duties involve processing payroll, raising invoices, issuing contracts, preparing reports, maintaining and developing our HR system.

What do you think makes Human Resource Management (HRM) a good Company to work for?

It is one of the best teams I have ever worked with. The company is constantly developing and pays attention to every detail within the organisation. Professional business environment and working close to senior management is what I appreciate.

What is it about your role that you enjoy the most?

The variety of tasks and responsibilities. Dealing with numbers, they never lie!
