Executive Administrative Assistants

Human Resource Management (HRM) is seeking candidates with the following abilities and skills:

  • Must be dependable, focus on attention to detail
  • Willing to work in collaboration with others in an open environment
  • Able to remain positive and unflustered no matter the circumstance 
  • Open to innovation and diversity
  • Ability to learn and grow

Candidate experience:

  • Possess 5 years’ experience in administrative roles interacting with senior level management
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Outlook – manage many types of calendar entries, meetings, etc.
  • Domestic and international travel experience required 

Power Tool Tester

Pay starts at $11.25 with regular scheduled tenure increases

Human Resource Management (HRM) is seeking candidates with the following abilities, interest, skills and experience:

  • Experience using power tools, drills,saws, nail guns, etc.
  • Interest in working 1st or 2nd shift
  • Ability to set up and break down work stations which includes loading and unloading of materials
  • Ability to test and evaluate power tools following written detailed procedures and instructions
  • Record and track power tool progress using data log sheets
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift 
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures
  • Ability to complete repetitive motions throughout shift duration
  • Hold up to 10 lbs. at shoulder height for at least five seconds or more
